Primo Ceppellini has been practicing as a chartered accountant and statutory auditor for more than 20 years.

He is a tax consultant for large listed and unlisted corporate groups and has gained extensive experience in corporate structuring transactions, Italian Stock Exchange listings and asset reorganisation. He also holds the office of statutory auditor and director in several companies.

Mr. Ceppellini is a regular speaker at specialised conferences for professionals and businesses and he has worked with Il Sole 24 Ore for many years.

He is the author of numerous specialist publications, including:
