2.2 Registration for newsletter

The Claconsulting Srl newsletter offers a constant and broad insight into useful information in the corporate, financial statements and tax advice sector.

Purposes and legal basis of the processing

(GDPR-art.13, paragraph 1, letter c)

Only an email address is requested, for the sole purpose of allowing the user to consult and download the documents and for the sending of the newsletter. Registration is subject to the acceptance of freely given, specific and informed consent (GDPR -art.6, paragraph 1, letter a).

Scope of dissemination

Data will be processed exclusively by personnel duly authorised and instructed to do so (GDPR-art.29). The company that provides the technological platform and its employees may access the data for the sole purposes of maintenance. The data will not be disclosed or transferred to countries outside the EU.

Storage period of the data

The data will be stored until “de-registration”, which can be freely done at any time by sending an email to info@claconsulting.it with the wording“Remove me from the list”.

Provision of data

The failure to provide an email address and consent will result in the impossibility of receiving the newsletter service.

4. DATA PROVIDED VOLUNTARILY BY THE USER

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of email and/or ordinary mail to the addresses indicated on this website will result in the subsequent acquisition of the address of the sender, necessary in order to respond to any requests, as well as any other personal data entered in the message. If the sender sends his/her CV to submit for a job application, the sender will be the sole person responsible for the relevance and accuracy of the data sent. It is to be noted that any CVs sent without the data processing authorisation will be cancelled immediately.

5. UPDATING OF THE POLICY

It is to be noted that this information notice may be updated regularly, also in relation to applicable regulations and case-law. In the event of significant changes, appropriate information will be provided on the home page of the website for an adequate amount of time. The data subject is therefore invited to regularly consult this policy.
