2.2 Registration for newsletter

The Claconsulting Srl newsletter offers a constant and broad insight into useful information in the corporate, financial statements and tax advice sector.

Purposes and legal basis of the processing

Only an email address is requested, for the sole purpose of allowing the user to consult and download the documents and for the sending of the newsletter. Registration is subject to the acceptance of freely given, specific and informed consent (GDPR -art.6, paragraph 1, letter a).

Scope of dissemination

Data will be processed exclusively by personnel duly authorised and instructed to do so (GDPR-art.29). The company that provides the technological platform and its employees may access the data for the sole purposes of maintenance. The data will not be disclosed or transferred to countries outside the EU.

If the sender sends his/her CV to submit for a job application, the sender will be the sole person responsible for the relevance and accuracy of the data sent. It is to be noted that any CVs sent without the data processing authorisation will be cancelled immediately.

It is to be noted that this information notice may be updated regularly, also in relation to applicable regulations and case-law.
